Description
Description (Service) | The HAC (Health, Activity, Community) is a community-based service of the Alzheimer Society that provides health and wellness programs free of charge in Haldimand County that are open to everyone The HAC offers an environment for social connections, learning skills, maintaining physical health, emotional support, and beyond. In addition to delivering services to people in the community, the HAC specializes in supporting people living with dementia, acquired brain injury/acquired brain changes, and vision loss/vision challenges Programs are provided in-person and virtual to meet each person’s needs |
