The purpose of this organization is to assist individuals and families as they deal with the personal and social consequences of Alzheimer's disease and Related Disorders; to promote education, advocacy and public awareness; and to support research into the cause, treatment and alleviation of the disease.

Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Individuals and families who are living with dementia, mild cognitive impairment, or are at the greatest risk of developing dementia

Call or email if concerned about memory loss or dementia diagnosis - no referral is needed

Health Care Professionals can refer patients/clients to programs/services or request the support of a psychogeriatric resource consultant or Behaviour Supports Ontario worker. Physicians may request cognitive testing for patients who reside in Haldimand Norfolk. Referral forms are on the website: www.alzda.ca, under the Health Care Professionals tab
