In-person Prenatal Classes are led by a Public Health Nurse

Topics covered include:

  • comfort measures for labour and birth
  • the birth experience
  • infant feeding
  • newborn characteristics and care
  • the fourth trimester, life with a newborn and the importance of support

Prenatal classes are held in-person, online, or a combination of both
