Description (Service)

Rental housing subsidy for senior citizens, families, adults, and adults with dependent children in both Haldimand County and Norfolk County. Limited market rent apartments available for seniors 
 
Services include:

  • financially assisted public housing - allocation by date of application using a centralized waiting list system
  • limited market rent housing
  • property management services for public and private housing portfolios
