Four meetings per year: Aug, Nov, Feb, May * organizers will decide on a meeting-by-meeting basis if they will be held in-person or by email. In-person meetings will be held at the Army, Navy, and Air Force Hall, 53 Water St, Simcoe at 7 pm

Interested parties may attend one of the 4 annual meetings - dates and times posted on the website

A group of women who come together every 3 months and donate $100 per person to a selected local charity.

• each member commits to donating $100/meeting, four times per year (total $400/year)
• quarterly meetings are conducted in one hour or less
• each member is required to sign a Commitment Form
• any active member may nominate a charity for consideration
• at each meeting, 3 charities will be selected at random. The nominating member must be prepared to make a 5-minute presentation. Questions and answers will be included during this presentation
• each member will vote by secret ballot for one of the three charities
• each member will write a cheque (prior to leaving the meeting) for $100 to the charity receiving the most votes
