Provides a comprehensive collection of programs and supports through the following service units:

• Child and Youth Mental Health Services - therapy, groups, crisis and outreach services
• Autism and Behavioural Services - OAP and behaviour supports
• Adult Counselling - adult and family counselling services
• Developmental Services - children and adults
• Youth and Justice Services - youth in conflict with the law, adult justice programs and a youth residential program
• Early Learning and Care Services - licensed child care and EarlyON Child and Family Centres
• Early Childhood Intervention Services - child development
• Contact - information and referrals to local services and service resolution, Coordinated Service Planning and FASD supports
• Child Nutrition Network - supports local student nutrition programs in Haldimand and Norfolk

The organization partners with secondary and post-secondary institutions to provide student placements

The agency also has a volunteer program that provides supplemental supports to all agency programs
