Eligibility May be available to low-income individuals and families who are in arrears with Union Gas or Hydro One Utilities, who have recently received a disconnection notice, and whose personal circumstances make it difficult to pay the bills 
 
Approved households may receive a grant (up to $500 maximum) each year
