Eligibility May be available to low-income individuals and families who are in arrears with Enbridge Gas Distribution Inc or Hydro One Utilities, who have recently received a disconnection notice, and whose personal circumstances make it difficult to pay the bills

Approved households may receive a grant (up to $500 maximum) each year

Enbridge Gas Distribution Inc Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (EGD LEAP) - eligible Union Gas/Enbridge customers having trouble paying their natural gas bill may qualify for emergency relief to avoid having their service disconnected
