Wellness programs that promote health and well-being in the community

Wellness Programs include:

  • Caring for my COPD Program - a 1.5-hour education orientation session to learn what COPD is and what the 10-week program entails
  • Men in Action - weekly social program to support men's health and well-being
  • Stitch 'n' Chat - weekly in-person/virtual knitting, sewing or crafting social group
  • (Re)Discovering Your Body's Wisdom - a six-week program that supports healthy lifestyle choices and relationships with food
  • Cooking - cooking sessions that provide education on nutrition and healthy food choices
  • Exercise Programs - exercise programs open to community members including Dance Fitness, Gentle Yoga and Easy Fit to support physical well-being
