• suites starting at $3338.95 per month, with a limited number that are geared to income, with in-home reductions in the monthly lease payment
• respite and or rental suite available starting at $125/day
• most services are included in the standard rates, with additional services available if needed for health and living needs

Suites available for permanent residence, respite or short-term stays

Standard Retirement / Assisted Living services include:

• 3 meals a day, 3 offerings of snack and drink
• weekly housekeeping, laundry and shower assistance
• access to a healthcare professional 24 hours a day
• in-suite emergency response “call-bell” system
• recreational programs and services throughout the week, including bus outings for shopping and excursions 

External services provided but not limited to, hair salon, optometry clinics, foot care clinics and hearing clinics.  Additional healthcare needs and costs can be determined on a fee-for-service basis based on the resident’s individual needs or potentially necessary support can be accessed through Ontario Health atHome
