• must attend a Norfolk County high school
• Canadian citizen or permanent resident
• entering a recognized post-secondary institution with intent to major in fine art, design, applied arts, etc
• appropriate average to demonstrate academic achievement

Application is available at simcoerotaryclub.com and must include:

• digital images of five works in any medium created within the last two years
• an essay describing work, future plans, need for scholarship and why the applicant is the best candidate
• two letters of recommendation
