Hospice palliative care and support for individuals who are living with a progressive life-limiting illness and for their families

  • 10 in-patient beds for end-of-life care
  • individual and group grief and bereavement support
  • supportive care outreach with an interdisciplinary team for patients at home
  • education via individual mentorship and classroom opportunities
