Description

Description (Service)

A grantmaking foundation that makes grants serving people across Brantford, Brant County, Six Nations of the Grand River and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation through grants to the charities that serve them.

Donors make gifts to create permanently endowed funds.  These funds address and respond to the changing needs and opportunities of the community and make grants that contribute to the health and vitality of the community

Fundholders at the foundation make an incredible impact within the community and currently make more than $700,000 in grants each year to charities across the service area

The foundation has an in-depth knowledge of local priorities and grantmaking expertise and champions what matters most in the community by directing grants to various causes.  It provides essential support to the broadest range of programs and services that contribute to the quality of life in the community so that the communities are strong, resilient places to live, work and play
